Family Info: The Robinson Family's first generation began with the birth of Sammy Robinson around the early 1850's. Sammy met and married Lucindy Jemison in Bigbee Vally, Mississippi.
This union brought forth twelve children (the start of the 2nd generation)--eight sons: Sammy, Daniel, Bill, Grant, Otis, John, Jim and Charlie; 4 daughters: Fannie, Rosie, Sally and Mattie.
