How To Become A Member
FIRST STEP
Step 1: Click on Join.
Step 2: Read Features/Benefits and click on PAID MEMBERSHIP.
Step 3: Fill in all fields and include the home page (don't
forget the http ://) . Be sure to include your family’s history starting
with the first generation.
We recommend that you include surnames up to the 3rd generation.
Adding Your Reunion
SECOND STEP
Step 1: Once you become a member your logon name and password will
be activated which will give you access to the next level. Logon and from there
and go to Add A Reunion.
Step 2: Give your reunion a title, such as 2006 Robinson Reunion.
Step 3: Please leave the Notes Section blank. This will be
used by the family member who is registering for the reunion.
Step 4: In the field “First Generation Origin City and
State,” please give the “homestead” city and state to help
narrow the choices during the search process if you don’t know the Reunion
ID number to use for Reunion Quick Search.
Step 5: In the Reunion Data field, provide specific information
about your upcoming reunion.
Step 6: First, Second and Third Generation fields –
Provide the last name ONLY for the 1st generation and as many names as possible
for the 2nd and 3rd generations with commas separating each last name.
Step 7: Location, Address, city, state, zip code - Use for
the site of the upcoming reunion.
Step 8: Beginning and Ending dates of the reunion.
Step 9: T-Shirt – Please check the box if shirts are
being offered for the reunion.
Step 10: Family History – This section is to be used
for the history of your family. Provide as much information as possible to help
a searcher identify your family when the Reunion ID is not known.
Step 11: Click on SUBMIT—this will enter your reunion
in The Family Reunion database.
Step 12: To find out your Reunion ID Number, click on Control
Panel and then Edit Reunions, and your reunion ID will be shown. You can also
Modify your reunion information and Add photos from your browser.
You can print these steps and go to the Reunion sample to get better understanding
in registering for this site.
